The instructor was pleasant to listen to, went at a good pace, and spoke clearly. She explained the material well and gave practical examples of things we can expect in real application.

The course was well-designed with modules that were a good length and the text modules were well-written. Most things were easy to find when I needed to reference the text.

I appreciated the explanations on the quizzes and most were helpful when I got an answer incorrect. I did have to ask the instructor for further explanation on a few of them.

Overall, this was one of the best online courses I’ve taken.

It was an interesting journey learning tax preparation. The resources were fantastic and easy to navigate. I hope to be able to use lesson learnt in becoming helpful in tax preparation.

The course was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. In the future when I hire employees, this will be the course I will require them to take!
